Within a few months I was offered the opportunity to join the Detail Department ...and learn the reconditioning process, with a substantial increase in income. After 2 years I was invited to join the CarSense sales team, quickly finding myself one of the top five Sales Consultants.

Recently, I have been able to add to my growth with some experience as a Finance Manager and am now a Sales Manager at the Hatfield store.

I was new to the area and was referred by a friend to interview at CarSense for an Internal Technician position. After 3 years of employment,... I was promoted to a Retail Service position as a Team Leader. Shortly thereafter I was promoted to Shop Foreman and finally advanced to the position I now hold, the Retail Service Manager.

I started at CarSense 2 years ago as a parts counterman. In the 2 years since I started I have quickly moved up to the manager position and ...learned more than I could have even imagined. After starting up a detail department for a local limousine service and then going into their computer department, I discovered I didn’t like ...to work with computers! With encouragement from another CarSense employee, I answered a CarSense employment ad for a detailer and was hired.

After working as a detailer for about 1 year, I was given the opportunity to become a Detail Manager at the new CarSense, Hatfield location, in November of 2002. I have held that position ever since.

Thanks to CarSense for not only giving me the training and encouragement but the opportunity to grow and be successful.

Before coming to CarSense, I had worked for my father, been a dishwasher and for 3+ years had worked on the night shift in the service department ...of a local franchised dealer. I applied for an entry-level tech position at CarSense when it opened in 1997 and was hired.

Working from day one at CarSense, I have been able to take advantage of training opportunities as well as learning from other techs. I became a team leader of 4-5 techs 6 years ago.

Looking back, I can say that because of the enthusiasm of the shop and the opportunities for growth at CarSense I will be able to continue a successful career.

I started as a lot attendant with CarSense in October of 2001. I requested, and was given the opportunity to move onto the sales floor in December ...of that year. I sold my first vehicle on December 24 and finished with 21 vehicles sold my first month in sales.

After 3 years in sales, I moved up to the Business Manager position in our Hatfield store. A brief hiatus took me away from CarSense but I returned in April 2006 to the Uwchland store as the Business Manager there.

Recently, with some repositioning of managers, I have been promoted to the General Sales Manager at the Uwchland store.

CarSense has given me every opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

I began my career 7 years ago as a lot attendant and quickly was promoted to the Detail Shop. Several months later I joined the Parts Department ...and was handpicked to become part of the management team as the Parts Manager, at our second store.

I am now holding the position of Internal Service Manager at the Hatfield store.
