Program Guidelines

• Change your oil every 4 months or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first, using Quaker State oil products. If the maintenance is performed at a location other than CarSense, you must maintain a maintenance log, with receipts, and produce them if asked.
• Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule. Oil filter and air cleaner elements must be replaced and the emission control system maintained according to the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations.
• CarSense Budget Transportation vehicles do not qualify for Lifetime Engine coverage.
• Damage caused by neglect is not covered.
• You must have belts, hoses, and fluid levels checked at CarSense once a year (NO CHARGE, of course).
• The warranty is not transferable. Vehicles must be registered in the original purchase name at time of claim.
• CarSense reserves the right to repair or replace parts with new, remanufactured or used parts.
• CarSense is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
